Bad News/Good News

Bad news: Sam did not sleep through the night.

Good News: When he woke at 11.30 Bob was home and got him back to sleep.

Bad News: Unfortunately, getting him to stay asleep meant Bob sleeping with him. All night.

Good News: I got to sleep, uninterrupted, through the night.

Bad News: I woke up at 4am coughing and needed to use my inhaler.

Good News: I blissfully slept (alone, except for a cat or two) until 7.30 this morning.
